EASY CRUSH AND BRUSH- All you need to do is bite and crush one tab into your mouth. Using a toothbrush (using our biodegradable wheat straw toothbrush), just add a bit of water and make sure to evenly spread the crushed tooth tabs on the tooth's surface. Spit and rinse, and then you’re ready!
